Suspension Repair
Here at Laserline we perform most suspension and axle repairs including king pins, spring pins, tie rods, drag links, torque arms, leaf springs, pivot bushings, air ride systems, brake spider replacement, axle eye boring, and more. We understand that some repairs are inevitable, which is why we bring the parts and service to you to reduce downtime.
Metal fabrication
The sky is the limit for our metal fabrication. Whatever project or idea you may have, our team is willing to work and make it reality. At our Twin Falls shop, we have machining and fabrication equipment that enables us to make our own custom parts and tooling in-house.
Spindle Replacement
Spindles are a crucial component of your axle that can easily be damaged by improper hub installation or extended use without proper lubrication. Traditionally, when a spindle goes bad your only option is to go through complete axle replacement. Here at Laserline, we created patented tooling that enables us to remove and accurately reinstall spindles on-site. Our mobile service can save you time and money by getting equipment back on the road without having to pay or wait for a new axle to be installed.
Alignments
Having a properly aligned truck and trailer is crucial for extending the life of your tires, while also improving driver feel and fuel economy. For an accurate alignment, all suspension components must be properly working. That’s why before every alignment, our techs do a full suspension inspection to make sure you will keep running down the road. Our alignment system is completely mobile and can schedule to be there at your convenience, all we ask for is a flat space and room to park our truck
